A great venue for a Full Moon Party would be a basement or a large indoor room.
We black out the room with black drapes then flood the room with Black Lights.

The black drapes are covered in hundreds of glow in the dark stars of various sizes.

A yellow glowing 18 inch Full Moon is suspended in the air.

Add some LED mood lighting and a dash of fog and you have it.
